A whole duck is sliced thin by cut and laid out on one plate, and each piece needs only a quick turn on both sides over the charcoal, the way you would treat beef. One 500g plate suits two adults. Duck broth and aged kimchi braised with anchovies come only with the sticky-rice set, and that kimchi gets wrapped around duck and seasoned chives for a single bite.
