Pyeongchang Hanwoo Darae 평창한우다래

The hanwoo sirloin is graded 1+++, heavily marbled and juicy on the grill, and the galbitang, beef rib soup, made from the same beef keeps its meat moist in a clean broth. Side dishes made from produce the owners grow themselves are gently seasoned, and roasted sweet potatoes in winter or steamed corn in summer come on the house.
