Situated at 660 Seohaean-ro near Jeju International Airport, the location serves as a practical stop for travelers. The hwangdom (golden sea bream) course begins with fresh selections such as small octopus, horned turbans, abalone, and hairtail sashimi. The main fish undergoes a specific aging process to enhance its firm texture and natural sweetness. A signature consumption method involves using an inverted perilla leaf to wrap a piece of fish with sushi rice and garlic stems seasoned in fermented fish sauce. This specific combination produces a savory profile different from typical sashimi. Grilled tilefish and fried sweet potatoes accompany the meal, which finishes with a clear seaweed soup prepared from sea bream bones. The interior features floor seating exclusively, and both the dining area and parking space are limited in size. During the August spawning season, the fish meat tends to be softer, which may affect the dining experience. While the restaurant operates on a reservation basis, seating becomes more available after 7 PM. The kitchen remains open throughout the day without a break period.
