Ollae Guksu 올래국수

With gogi guksu the only thing on the menu, a bowl is in front of you almost before you sit down. The pork stock is clear like seolleongtang rather than the usual milky kind, yet not thin: the pork aroma comes through strongly. Thick slices of boiled pork pile on medium-thick noodles, with one kind of kimchi and two Cheongyang chilies on the side. One regular warns that the chili seems fine on the first bite and hits hard on the second.
