Jinjujip is a legendary noodle spot in Yeouido, famous for its exceptionally thick and creamy Kongguksu (cold soy milk noodle soup). The soy broth is deeply nutty and perfectly seasoned right out of the kitchen, eliminating the need to add any extra salt or sugar. The true secret weapon here is the sweet and crunchy radish kimchi served on the side; eating a mouthful of the noodles with this kimchi creates a brilliant harmony. I strongly suggest ordering the sweet and spicy Bibimguksu alongside a plate of their boiled pork dumplings. The thick, chewy dumpling wrappers pair flawlessly with the spicy noodles. Lines stretch to 100 people before they even open at 10 AM, but the massive dining room means the queue moves remarkably fast.
