- Seafood-focused dining
- Visit tip
- Expect possible waits during weekends or peak meal times.
I loved dining at this ocean-view restaurant to experience high-quality farmed abalone. The wait times have improved drastically; I only waited about 20 minutes, and visiting for a late lunch means no wait at all. My highlight was the signature Jeonbok Dolsotbap (Abalone Hot Pot Rice), deeply infused with abalone flavor and mixed with sweet dates and chestnuts. After scooping out the rice, I poured hot water into the stone pot to create a savory scorched rice soup flavored with abalone innards. They serve a perfectly salted grilled mackerel as a complimentary side dish, and eating a piece of mackerel with the scorched rice soup is the perfect combination. I appreciated that they do not strictly require ordering one dish per person.
