The galette is the signature item, and the lineup extends to quiche, croissants, baguettes, pain de gre, tart tatin, and apple pie, all executed to a high standard. The winter-seasonal stollen, priced at 38,000 won, is densely packed with nuts and dried fruits and widely regarded as delivering full value for its premium cost. The tiramisu has an extraordinarily soft texture that practically dissolves on the tongue, and meal options including a baguette sandwich, ricotta cheese salad, and potato soup provide substance beyond pastries. Two house-roasted coffee blends, named Navy and Yellow, offer distinct profiles for different palate preferences. Seating is ample across two floors, and parking is available both in front of and behind the building. The cafe draws regulars from nearby Hyochang Stadium who stop by before or after sporting events, and gift packaging is available for those buying bread to take elsewhere.
