Galettes and quiches have come out of this Hyochang-dong oven for well over a decade, alongside flaky croissants, chewy baguettes and small chocolate tigre cakes. Coffee is roasted in-house in two blends, Navy and Yellow, and there is seating on two floors with parking front and back. A baguette sandwich with potato soup and ricotta salad makes a full lunch, and the tiramisu is soft enough to collapse at the touch of a spoon. In winter the stollen, packed with nuts and dried fruit, goes out gift-wrapped.
