The ground floor of this large building on Itaewon-ro is all display cases of bread, cakes, tarts and sandwiches, and it stays crowded; places to sit are in the basement and second-floor cafes. Seasonal limited-edition cakes and tarts are showy enough for gifts, priced above an ordinary bakery. Bread bought upstairs can be warmed and plated on request in the basement cafe, where the nutty latte goes well alongside. Each drink there covers one hour at the table.
