The complex houses separate shops for cakes, the signature turtle bread, stone-oven loaves, and rice cakes, giving visitors a village-stroll experience with something new at every turn. The stone-oven pizza, served fresh with long stretches of melted cheese, is a popular choice, and the turtle bread has become so iconic that it now has its own dedicated storefront. Dolgama manju, filled with house-boiled red bean paste, delivers a natural and balanced sweetness that avoids being cloying. Salt bread and baguettes are also available, though the baguettes lean chewy rather than crusty, which suits some palates better than others. A children's cookie-baking workshop operates on-site, making the complex particularly appealing for families, and a cafe overlooking passing trains adds another attraction.
