This is Cheonan's signature bakery, famous for its turtle-shaped bread that has become almost synonymous with the city. The turtle bread is similar in style to a roti boy coffee bun, and eating it warm reveals a crispy exterior giving way to a soft, sweetly fragrant interior that is genuinely addictive. Even after cooling, twenty seconds in the microwave revives it perfectly. The mentaiko salt bread was delightfully savory, and the olive ciabatta sandwich and chestnut bread were both solid choices.
