Established in 2019, it has become one of the representative bakeries of Mokpo, forming a two-stop bread tour alongside the adjacent Korombbang bakery. A notable number of locals express a preference for CLB over its neighbor. The signature shrimp baguette features a crisp-crusted, chewy-centered baguette filled with sweet-savory mustard sauce and pronounced shrimp aroma, producing an aftertaste that balances sweetness with a tangy finish. The cream cheese baguette benefits from a plain, understated dough that allows the cream cheese flavor to emerge prominently, remaining light despite the generous cheese quantity. The egg tart is a quiet favorite, ranked among the top egg tarts in the country by some visitors.
