A sundae-gukbap specialist in Byeongcheon-myeon, Cheonan, recognized as one of the three great sundae restaurants in the Byeongcheon area. The broth arrives completely unseasoned — diners add salt and saeujeot (salted shrimp) to taste, with the recommendation to add dadegi only sparingly at the end to preserve the stock's clarity. Without any seasoning, the base broth delivers a naturally mild, savory depth that reveals itself more with each spoonful; those accustomed to heavily seasoned gukbap may find the first taste plain, but the honest flavor wins converts. The ttukbaegi is densely packed with meat and sundae from top to bottom, yielding solid pieces all the way to the last spoonful. The sundae (blood sausage) is distinctly rich in seonji (blood), giving it a soft texture balanced by crunchy vegetable filling — a combination that sets it apart from more common varieties. Offal including liver, lung, and osorigamtu (abomasum) is also generously included. The head meat is served lean, suiting those who prefer less fat. A half-plate of sundae is available for 7,000 won, making solo visits practical and varied. The radish kimchi receives particular praise among the banchan. Lunchtime brings significant waits, so weekend visitors should plan to arrive at opening. The parking lot holds only about five cars; dropping off passengers first and using the public lot nearby is the practical approach.
