Tapgol Sundaeguk 탑골순대국

Even the plain sundaeguk comes with a small plate of liver and lung on the side, so the set (jeongsik) only makes sense if you want an extra platter of head meat and sausage. The bowl itself holds close to one and a half portions of head meat, offal and sundae (Korean blood sausage), and the rice portion is small. The broth arrives lightly seasoned; salted shrimp and chili paste are there to fix that.
