The sole offering is son-kalguksu priced at 7,000 won, a remarkably low figure for the greater Seoul area. The dish features an anchovy-based broth with hand-sliced, irregularly shaped noodles topped simply with scallions, carrots, and dried seaweed. The broth delivers a clean, refreshing depth without heaviness, while the hand-cut noodles retain a satisfying chewiness characteristic of artisanal preparation. The restaurant's particular pride is its house-made kimchi, presented at a self-service station in two varieties: fully fermented and freshly made. Both pair exceptionally well with the hot noodle broth. Noodle refills are unlimited and complimentary, ensuring no one leaves hungry, and adding the dadaegi chili paste from the table introduces a spicy dimension. The owner and staff maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
