Omunchang Sundae Gukbap 오문창순대국밥

The bowl arrives warm rather than boiling, ready to eat straight away, with the rice already steeped in the broth. Sundae is cut smaller than a spoon, and each spoonful holds sausage, head meat and offal together. The chopped green onion dadaegi on the table goes in from the start. The broth does keep a faint porky smell.
