A long-established sundae-guk (blood sausage soup) restaurant in the Boramae area of Dongjak-gu, widely recognized after being featured on the popular food program Suyomi-sikhoe (Wednesday Food Talk). The milky-white broth carries a deep pork richness yet remains strikingly clean, with no detectable gamey odor - a quality that has converted many self-described non-fans of sundae-guk into regulars. Bowls arrive generously loaded with tender head meat, osori-gamtu (tripe), and other offal cuts, each contributing different textures to the experience. The house-made sundae is distinctive and polarizing: instead of the typical dangmyeon-stuffed sausage, it is filled with ugoji (dried cabbage leaves), sundae (congealed blood), and sweet potato noodles, yielding a crunchy, vegetal bite that some find wonderfully unique and others find unexpected.
