Sadang Misfits 사당 미스피츠

Sadang Misfits is a craft burger restaurant at 30 Dongjak-daero 3-gil in Seoul, about a three-minute walk from Sadang Station Exit 10. Each burger reaches the table inside a dome filled with wood smoke. Lifting the cover releases smoke held around the patty and bun, so the presentation also changes the aroma before the first bite. Beef patties are ground from Australian chuck. Brioche buns are toasted with butter until the surface firms while the interior stays soft. Uncle Pine stacks the beef patty with flame-grilled pineapple, bacon, tomato, and onion relish. Pineapple sweetness and acidity and bacon salt sit ahead of the beef, making it the clearest choice for a fruit-topped burger. Truffle Creamy places a thick truffle cream and ice cream with the patty, combining cold sweetness, dairy fat, and mushroom aroma. Volcano covers the hotter beef direction. Crispy Peri-Chicken replaces beef with herb-seasoned fried chicken and adds a sweet, spicy peri-peri sauce. The shrimp burger uses a patty ground from shrimp and provides a springier seafood texture. Sets add Cajun fries or potato wedges and a canned drink. Burger size is substantial enough that one full set generally functions as a complete meal.
