Lifting the smoke-filled dome at the table releases wood smoke trapped around the patty and bun. Patties are ground from Australian beef chuck, and brioche buns are toasted in butter until crisp. The Uncle Pine burger stacks fire-grilled pineapple, bacon and onion relish for a sweet-salty bite; the Truffle Creamy coats its patty in thick truffle cream and a scoop of ice cream. Sets come with Cajun fries or wedges and a drink, and the burgers run large. The shop is about three minutes from Exit 10 of Sadang Station, and the nearby public lot gives one hour free. Ordering happens on a tabletop kiosk, and a robot rolls the food to the table.
