The 300-pyeong dining hall is spacious with ample seating, and the sushi and roll section alone exceeds 30 varieties, with live-fish sourcing making the raw fish selections stand out. The lamb chops had a pleasant cumin note, and marble ice cream and bakery items rounded off the meal well. Weekday lunch pricing feels reasonable for what you get, but after 6 PM on weekends the food stations get crowded with long lines, so arriving around 4 PM is more comfortable. The made-to-order noodles were universally underseasoned, and the popular grilled eel sells out the moment it appears, so timing matters.
