While the chain operates multiple locations including one in Bangi-dong, this Yeoksamro branch serves as the founding restaurant. The signature assorted jokbal platter includes both the classic plain preparation and a seasoned yangnyeom version. The plain jokbal is prized for its remarkably tender, chewy texture completely free of any gamey odor, while the seasoned variant is considered exceptional enough to warrant ordering on its own. The meat's softness has drawn comparisons to steamed egg custard, underscoring just how melt-in-the-mouth the preparation achieves. Wrapping generous portions in the accompanying fresh vegetables amplifies the experience, and pairing the platter with the chilled jjangban makguksu (buckwheat noodles on a large tray) has become the standard ordering combination.
