The garlic jokbal carries pronounced garlic fragrance while keeping its sauce from becoming excessively sweet, maintaining a balanced interplay with the richness of the meat. However, sweetness runs prominently across the entire menu, garlic sauce, meat, and kimchi alike, which may not suit all palates.
