A black color scheme makes this basement room in Nonhyeon-dong feel closer to a bar than a typical jokbal (braised pork feet) shop. The half-and-half package puts two of six flavors of jokbal and bossam on one platter. Kkareubo bul-jokbal tops spicy flame-grilled pork feet with a carbonara-style cream sauce, while manul-jokbal (garlic jokbal) is heaped with a sweet-tangy garlic sauce.
