Mapo Somunnan Wonjo Jokbal 마포소문난원조족발

Every jokbal order brings along a pot of sundae-guk (blood sausage soup), a plate of sundae and market-style tteokbokki. The braised trotters are seasoned on the salty side with little herbal aroma; lean meat pulls apart along the grain and the skin stays chewy. Garlic jokbal adds a garlic coating. A small platter fills two people, while three usually need the large. Set inside the jokbal alley of Gongdeok Market, the tables are narrow for the big platters.
