Drawing on over a decade of expertise, the jokbal is completely free of any pork off-flavors. The skin has a satisfying chewiness while the meat is remarkably moist and glistening. The half-and-half wang jokbal allows diners to enjoy both the clean, savory original and the flame-grilled bul-jokbal in one order. The bul-jokbal features a natural, pleasant spiciness enhanced by charcoal aroma, and dipping it in mayonnaise amplifies the flavor further.
