The half-and-half wang jokbal allows diners to enjoy both the clean, savory original and the flame-grilled bul-jokbal in one order. The bul-jokbal features a natural, pleasant spiciness enhanced by charcoal aroma, and dipping it in mayonnaise amplifies the flavor further.
