Drawing on over a decade of expertise, the jokbal is completely free of any pork off-flavors. The skin has a satisfying chewiness while the meat is remarkably moist and glistening. The half-and-half wang jokbal allows diners to enjoy both the clean, savory original and the flame-grilled bul-jokbal in one order. The bul-jokbal features a natural, pleasant spiciness enhanced by charcoal aroma, and dipping it in mayonnaise amplifies the flavor further. The original jokbal is lean and clean enough to earn praise even from international visitors, and foreign guests actually make up roughly eighty percent of the clientele on many occasions, reflecting strong global recognition. Side dishes hold their own, the fluffy egg jjim and savory jumeokbap complement the main course well, and the complimentary sundae is chewy enough to rival a standalone dish.
