Milan Guksu 밀란국수

Buckwheat flour goes into the house-made noodles, giving them a smooth surface and moderate spring whether they land in shabu-shabu, perilla kalguksu or bibim-guksu. The shabu-shabu set puts meat, vegetables, four dumplings and noodles in one pot, and the leftover broth becomes rice porridge at the end. Kodari-jjim, semi-dried pollock braised in a sweet-spicy sauce, is served from three portions up.
