Milgotgan 밀곳간

Milgotgan's salt bread leans mild rather than salty, with a thin layer of butter inside doing most of the work. Pastrami Garlic Boul, a crisp-chewy baguette sandwich, keeps its saltiness in check, while the jambon-beurre is plainer, on softer bread. Shelves also carry sourdough, 100% rye, schwarzbrot, ciabatta, butter pretzels, langue de chat and pithivier. There is no seating and the shop is tiny, so on weekends staff let customers in a few at a time, though the line clears quickly. It sits next to Seongbuk Elementary School, about a 10-minute walk from Hansung University Station, and parking is hard to find.
