The garlic baguette, the signature carried over from Gangneung, is soaked through with a thick garlic sauce. Bam-pat-ssuk folds red bean and chestnut into a mugwort dough, and Ssukddeok-ssukddeok stretches like rice cake. Yakbap bread is heaped with the nuts used in sweet rice yakbap, and kaya coconut layers kaya jam with chewy coconut. Savory options include bacon ciabatta, chili sausage and basil tomato. Staff hand out tasting pieces often, which helps with the less familiar combinations; look for the big sign reading 'bread' in Korean at the door.
