Wall decorations and a carefully chosen playlist give it the feel of a small ramen bar. Tonkotsu ramen pairs a thick, milky pork-bone broth with springy noodles and tender chashu. Spicy ramen builds heat levels on the same base, and level 8 brings a clear burn without burying the broth. Mazesoba has no soup: the spicy sauce at the bottom gets tossed through the noodles and toppings, and the regular size is already filling. Shrimp tsukemen sets a dipping broth strong with dried shrimp against noodles of regular ramen thickness rather than the thick ones usual for tsukemen.
