Jeonju Kongnamul Haejangguk Bonjeom 전주콩나물해장국 본점

Jeonju-style kongnamul haejangguk, bean sprout hangover soup, is cooked here in Suncheon. The spicy broth, built on beef bone and anchovy stock and seasoned with chili flakes and salted shrimp, comes packed with crunchy sprouts. Rice goes into the bowl, and an egg and extra salted shrimp on the side let each diner adjust the salt. Doors open early in the morning.
