Two bowls make up the whole menu in Unyang-dong: haejangguk with seonji (blood curd) and yang (beef tripe), and haenae-tang with innards alone, which covers both once seonji is added. The earthenware pot looks small, yet it comes packed with thick-cut tripe and ugeoji, dried cabbage greens, and extra rice and seonji cost nothing. A dip of minced chili and chili oil suits the offal best.
