The signature gimbap is a pricey add-on to the course. Much of the effort shows in the amuse-bouche, served as banchan, and in the desserts; staff even let guests pick the color of their tableware. Seasoning runs on the bold side, which suits the Champagne and white wine pairings. Booking is through Catch Table, private rooms on the third floor take groups, and parking is by valet.
