Gopchang, beef small intestine packed with creamy gop, arrives fully cooked from the kitchen, and nothing is grilled at the table. Hanwoo gopchang keeps the plain, nutty richness of the intestine, while garlic gopchang is topped with minced garlic and dusted with garlic powder and cheese powder for a sweet-salty, snack-like flavor.
