Potatoes and sweet potatoes share the grill with the meat at this Goseong barbecue house, and the coastal side dishes include seaweed and peeled soy-marinated shrimp. Cheongu yangnyeom-galbi carries a sweet-salty marinade worked all the way into the meat, while amso-aldeungsim (cow ribeye) is eaten with fresh wasabi, Maldon salt or pickled mustard greens. Saeusal, a limited cut, runs out early on some nights.
