Ocean to You Dayeon is the breakfast buffet inside Ocean To You Resort, directly in front of Sampo Beach in Jukwang-myeon, Goseong. Resort guests choose Korean and Western dishes within one meal and return finished plates to a self-service station. The Korean section includes rice and vegetables for bibimbap, dried pollack soup, and sungnyung. Bibimbap lets each person set the quantity of vegetables and seasoning. Pollack soup provides a warm broth, while sungnyung centers on scorched rice and hot water. The Western section includes scrambled eggs, salad, sandwich ingredients, and several breads. Placing scrambled eggs over fried rice combines grain and egg on one plate. Bread may be divided among several jams, and sandwiches are assembled with selected vegetables and fillings. At the yogurt station, nuts are added by hand. Fruit provides a cold finish after bread or yogurt. Children can stay with familiar bread, eggs, and fruit, while adults wanting Korean breakfast can eat bibimbap and pollack soup at the same table. The buffet does not depend on an enormous number of dishes; it balances home-style Korean items with standard breakfast components. Seating may be smaller than total buffet demand, so groups staying at the resort can create an entrance wait when schedules overlap. Returning dishes after eating supports the next table reset. During a stay of two or more nights, the first breakfast may focus on Korean soup and rice and the next on bread, salad, and yogurt without repeating the same plate. The restaurant also removes the need to travel between the resort room and another breakfast location near Sampo Beach.
