The snow crab comes out cut at every leg joint with the shells already scored, and the meat slides free without a fight. The real hazard is everything that arrives while it steams: tteokbokki, corn cheese, scrambled eggs, salmon. Work through those and you are half full by the time the crab lands. If the fruit salad at the very end is one plate too many, ask for it to be packed and eat it back at your lodging.
