Put seasoned rice and a slice of fish on a sheet of laver, dunk it in the onion and ginger sauce and eat it in one bite. Even someone who normally avoids oily blue fish found this live mackerel free of fishiness. Course B runs through mackerel sashimi, grilled mackerel and braised fresh rockfish, a generous spread. Takeout means a long wait and none of the extras served at the table, and reviews from people who ate in and people who took it away read very differently.
