Byeorang Sundaeguk 벼랑순대국

Red-broth Byeorang sundae soup is loaded with intestines, other offal and dried cabbage greens, close to a single-serving tripe hot pot. The clear-broth alternative is the teuk sundae soup, and narrower versions hold only sausage or only lean pork. House-made blood sausage and sliced pork go into a sweet, spicy garlic sauce for dipping. The broth is thick enough to gel as it cools and arrives already seasoned. Open since 2013 with only about six tables, the shop hands out numbered tickets at meal times. There is no parking lot, and the restroom is outside.
