The pork-based patty arrives on a sizzling hot stone plate topped with a fried egg, ensuring the meal stays warm throughout. The meat remains juicy, paired with a house-made tangy sauce that complements both the patty and rice. Because the sauce is served at a very high temperature, caution is required while eating. Fresh, sweet and sour kkakdugi helps balance the richness of the meat. Each set includes soup and bean sprout broth. The menu features hambak steak, spicy pork cutlet, and fish cutlet. The fish cutlet often sells out shortly after opening, making an early visit necessary. For an additional 1,500 won, portions can be upgraded to a large size, and takeout is available. While weekend queues are common, the fast table turnover keeps wait times short. Lunch service ends at 2:40 PM. The restaurant provides parking for four to five cars in front.
