Its main marinated pork galbi is served in a 400-gram portion for 14,000 won, placing a large plate of meat at the center of a relatively simple table. The pork carries a sweet marinade and cooks over charcoal at the seat. Spreading the pieces without overlap and turning them as the edges change color helps the meat cook before the sugar in the sauce darkens too far. Heat can weaken during a long order, so the position of each piece on the grill matters as much as the timing. Three portions provide a substantial amount for two people, while a larger appetite can move to four portions with rice. Doenjang jjigae costs 1,000 won and adds hot soybean broth, vegetables, and tofu after the sweet grilled meat. Cabbage dressed with mayonnaise supplies a cold, creamy side. Water kimchi adds acidity and liquid between bites of pork. The small side plates are refilled as they empty, allowing the salad and kimchi to remain part of the meal through several rounds of grilling. The room retains the close tables and charcoal braziers of a long-running local galbi shop rather than a polished barbecue hall. Families and small groups cook at their own tables, with the smell and heat of charcoal remaining part of the setting. Weekend evenings and public holidays can produce a line, and service may end when the prepared meat is exhausted. On some evenings, tables begin to clear around 7:30 p.m., although the exact pace follows the day's crowd. The restaurant's structure is direct: a large portion of sweet marinated pork, customer-controlled charcoal grilling, cool cabbage and water kimchi, and an inexpensive soybean stew to close the meal. It works best for a table that wants pork quantity and a traditional grill setup rather than many premium cuts or elaborate side dishes.
