A bit of cold beef tartare (yukhoe) set on a crisp perilla-leaf pancake opens the Banga hanwoo bulgogi course, which moves on to grilled sirloin and tightly marbled chuck flap. The bulgogi itself is thin beef soaked through with marinade, sweeter and softer than the grilled cuts, and sea bream pot rice (domi sotbap) closes the meal. The restaurant sits on the ground floor of a building facing Yeouido Station, with private rooms and open seating.
