Yujeongu Hamheung Naengmyeon 유정우 함흥냉면

A Hamheung cold noodle specialist tucked into the alleys near Isu Station in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. The restaurant has anchored the same corner for years and draws a loyal neighborhood following, built on springy noodles and a well-balanced sweet-spicy seasoning. The signature hoe-naengmyeon features ganjaemi (skate) tossed in tangy dressing over the noodles, the proprietary dadaegi paste is widely credited as the secret to its consistent flavor. The naengmyeon broth and noodle balance is reliably maintained. Bibim naengmyeon offers the same firm, satisfying noodles in a punchy sauce; regular and large portions are available.
