Yudal Kongmul 유달콩물

A soy milk specialist in Mokpo, Jeonnam, serving thick, freshly ground kongmul (soy milk). The yellow soybean version has a gentle, naturally sweet nuttiness, while the black soybean variety offers deeper, richer flavor. It works beautifully as a noodle broth or as a standalone drink. The liquid comes lightly salted; add sugar to taste if preferred. Cheonggukjang and yukhoe bibimbap are also on the menu, with a self-serve banchan bar. Takeout orders include ice packs for freshness, and nationwide delivery is available (minimum three bottles, 7,000 won shipping). The shop opens early for breakfast and closes for winter break through February.
