More than fifteen salt-bread variations form the core of the display. The classic loaf has a thin surface that breaks lightly and a chewy inner dough saturated with butter. Rich gourmet butter leads, followed by the direct salinity and mineral edge of Maldon salt. Myeongnan salt bread adds briny roe savor and sits naturally beside an Americano. Basil cave bread moves toward herbs and plain dough, while truffle bread carries a restrained earthy aroma. Squid-ink ham combines a dark dough with savory meat, garlic emphasizes roasted allium, and gold cheese deepens the dairy side. Chocolate provides a sweeter branch for a group that does not want every loaf to remain savory. Croissants separate into many brittle layers before reaching a softer butter-rich center.
