Sigol Sundae 시골순대

There is no glass-noodle sundae here, only makchang sundae stuffed into pork large intestine. The filling is soft and dense with a funky smell that lingers, and people either come for exactly that or cannot get past it. The sausage goes into the sauce served alongside, and the sundae-guk broth is somewhat clear rather than milky, with stirred-in dadaegi, the chili paste, bringing up its savoriness.
