Seongmi Garden 성미가든

The meal opens with chicken shabu-shabu: breast meat from a native Korean chicken, cooked with vegetables in a clear chicken broth. Partway through, the rest of the bird arrives as baeksuk, boiled whole, with the firm chew of a native breed. Last comes mung bean porridge with a deep mung bean flavor, eaten with the owner's own mustard-leaf kimchi on top.
