Ossi Kalguksu 오씨칼국수

On this menu, mulchong means a dongjuk clam soup with no noodles in it. A pot packed with clams is simmered with cheongyang chili and garlic until the broth is just short of fiery, and the clam meat gets dipped in soy sauce or chili vinegar sauce.
