Chai Hana 차이하나

Lamb shashlik only goes onto the charcoal once it is ordered, so expect 10 to 15 minutes, with plov and other dishes landing first. The plov, rice cooked in oil with lamb, is rich enough that the pickled carrots on the side become essential. Seasoning runs salty; if you eat lightly salted food, say so when you order. There is no Korean-language menu, though staff explain the dishes in Korean. No alcohol is served.
