Lazzat 라자트

Lazzat is an Uzbek restaurant on Usadan-ro in Itaewon, Yongsan, run by an Uzbek owner. The lagman (handmade noodle dish) is deeply flavorful, drawing repeat visitors multiple times a year. Somsa (Uzbek dumplings) are crispy with a well-filled interior, making them a frequent reorder. The menu covers authentic Central Asian staples including plov and shashlik (grilled lamb). Kompot, a traditional fruit drink, pairs well with the meals. Prices are reasonable, and some floor-seating spots offer pleasant views. Communication is easier in English than Korean, and the high proportion of Uzbek diners gives the place an authentically foreign atmosphere. On weekends, the dining room feels much like a restaurant in Tashkent.
