Naengmyeon Factory 냉면공장

True to the name, the noodle and broth factory is attached to the restaurant, and a corner of the shop sells those noodles and broth to cook at home. Warm boiled dumplings arrive as soon as you sit, one serving per person, while the big wang-mandu are a separate order. Chewy noodles in a sweet-tart broth put it close to Yuchun Naengmyeon, with a less salty broth. On the last day of each month the naengmyeon is discounted.
