Steep stairs inside an old Namdaemun Market building lead to this second-floor fish house near Hoehyeon Station. Instead of live-tank fish it serves aged sashimi, usually gwangeo (flounder) and ureok (rockfish), with thick-cut winter yellowtail, daebangeo, in season. The weekday lunch hoe-jeongsik puts aged fish, sides such as sugary braised potatoes and sweet-spicy stir-fried squid, and spicy fish soup on one tray.
