Jinmi Dongchimi Memil Makguksu 진미동치미메밀막국수

Pickled chilies float in the dongchimi and bite like pickles. The broth is tart and mild and comes on the side for each person to pour over the buckwheat-rich noodles as they like. Myeongtae-hoe makguksu tops the noodles with sweet-and-sour seasoned pollock; anyone sensitive to fishiness may be happier with the dongchimi version.
